Equifind are supporting a Financial Services Brokerage based by St. Pauls who are hiring a Head of FP&A reporting into the CFO.

The Broker is heavy-tech focused and trade globally, highly profitable and expanding rapidly. The role is hybrid 3-2.

The Role

The firm are a regulated business seeking a qualified accountant with significant FP&A experience from within financial services who is able to improve processes, automate and lead a small team.

You will be responsible for the MI and analysis for the Group, working closely with the CFO, board level individuals, tax, treasury and risk teams.

Ownership of the budgets, planning, analysis and forecasting process is paramount.

There are multiple projects for the board in the pipeline as well as growing the team.

The person
Ideally a qualified accountant with 10 years experience in FP&A within Financial Services is sought.

An individual who can lead a team and deal with the senior stakeholders on the board is important.

The compensation

The Head of FP&A will be offered, dependant on experience, £120-140k, significant bonus, pension, 25 days annual leave, healthcare and other benefits.
