Responsibilities:
- Prepare property brochures
- Handle invoicing processes for the team efficiently.
- Register new buyers and maintain uptodate client information in our databases.
- Coordinate with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing diaries effectively.
- Maintain client files and keep residential client databases organized.
- Assist with invoicing and debt collection, ensuring timely payments and mínimal debt accrual.
- Cultivate and nurture trusted relationships with clients to streamline onboarding processes.
Responsibilities to Head of National Country House Department:
- Draft client correspondence, including pitch reports and general letters.
- Manage diaries and inboxes efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Oversee social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Arrange travel logistics.
- Process expense claims accurately and promptly.
Experience:
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a background in customer service.
- Prior experience interpreting AML regulations and executing client due diligence.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
