Responsibilities:


  • Prepare property brochures
  • Handle invoicing processes for the team efficiently.
  • Register new buyers and maintain uptodate client information in our databases.
  • Coordinate with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing diaries effectively.
  • Maintain client files and keep residential client databases organized.
  • Assist with invoicing and debt collection, ensuring timely payments and mínimal debt accrual.
  • Cultivate and nurture trusted relationships with clients to streamline onboarding processes.

Responsibilities to Head of National Country House Department:

  • Draft client correspondence, including pitch reports and general letters.
  • Manage diaries and inboxes efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Oversee social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Arrange travel logistics.
  • Process expense claims accurately and promptly.

Experience:


  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a background in customer service.
  • Prior experience interpreting AML regulations and executing client due diligence.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
This position is based in our clients South Ken office, offering a stimulating environment and growth opportunities.
The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
