Temporary Administrator - High Wycombe, United Kingdom - Platinum Resourcing
Description
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join a national company, based on the outskirts of High Wycombe, on a temporary basis.
Starting in September ongoing until the end of the year.This role sits within the Purchasing team and will involve supporting all relevant operational administrative tasks.
Working hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 5.00pm on a Friday, paying £12 per hour, 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
Duties:
- Raising purchase requisition orders.
- Raising stock orders.
- Maintaining purchase order and shortage reports.
- Checking order acknowledgments for discrepancies.
- Maintaining price list database.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal customers.
- Reconciliation of Vendor statements
- Assisting internal customers with invoice/PO queries.
- Liaison with internal customers regarding approval of invoices.
Skills and experience:
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Selfmotivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Maintain a quality focus at all times.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy skills.
- Disciplined and organised approach to tasks with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Strong IT skills in all MS Office packages, particularly Excel. Experience of Google suite would be an advantage.
