They're now looking for ambitious and determined graduates to join the business as Junior Sales Executives and support their continued growth

Package:

A competitive basic salary of £25,000
OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total earnings higher

Role:

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
Research potential clients in order to identify leads, generate pipeline and create target contact lists

Build relationships with prospects, with the overall aim to generate bookings for seminars and webinars, and introductory appointments for the Business Development Managers

Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring that all client information is up to date, and all sales activity is recorded in a timely manner
Work closely with the marketing team, providing market intelligence and support on campaigns when required

Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment
IT literate
Team player
Selfmotivated, with a strong desire to succeed
