Role Description:

Applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts.

Available shifts:

Week 1
Monday: 16:00-21:30

Tuesday: 16:00-21:30

Wednesday: 16:00-21:30

Thursday: 16:00-21:30, 11:00-19:00

Friday: 16:00-21:30, 11:00-19:00

Saturday: 12:00-20:00
, 10:00-18:00

Sunday: 07:30-15:30, 10:00-18:00


Week 2
Monday: 16:00-21:30

Tuesday: 16:00-21:30

Wednesday: 16:00-21:30

Thursday: 16:00-21:30, 11:00-19:00

Friday: 16:00-21:30, 15:00-23:00

Saturday: 12:00-20:00

Sunday: 10:00-18:00

Requirements of Customer Advisor
6 months work/volunteer experience within a customer facing environment

The ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service

Excellent communication skills


Responsibilities of Customer Advisor
Taking part in all relevant sales activity

Cash handling

Basic IT skills
