ONSITE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT


Due to continued growth and success, multi award winning Consumer Energy Solutions (CES) are recruiting for an additional onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our highly driven, successful recruitment department within our Swansea branch.

CES are the UK's award-winning energy efficiency company and we are rapidly expanding

We install energy efficiency measures, including insulation renewable heating systems and solar PV into UK homes.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and update job descriptions for current openings.
  • Advertise job openings on our ATS and social networks.
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company's reputation.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
  • Carry out all administration tasks involved in the recruitment process.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Carry out inductions for new starters
  • Thrive in working in a fastpaced environment. THIS IS ESSENTIAL
  • Have at least 1 year's proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant either in an agency or as an Internal Recruiter.
  • Have outstanding communication skills via telephone and face to face.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Understand the importance of being a team player.
  • Fantastic work ethic.
  • Has the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Confident.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Approachable and flexible attitude.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
