The role of Care Supervisor is key.

You will ensure that our Care Professionals are supported, and our clients and their loved ones are helped throughout their care journey.

Salary £24,600 + benefits, including 28 holidays (includes bank holidays) and a host of little things that make your working day better.

Start date, ideally before 1st March 2023.

*You'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and carrying out reviews and competency checks with our Care Professionals
  • Coordinating and often leading shadow shifts for newly recruited Care Professionals
  • Mentoring and supporting our Care Professionals during their probation period, providing your feedback to our RCM
  • Dealing professionally and efficiently with concerns or complaints to help avoid unnecessary escalation
  • Monitoring relevant areas of our care management system to ensure we are always compliant
  • Supporting our Care Coordinator to help them match clients and Care Professionals based on needs, skills and best fit
  • Managing a team of Care Professionals in a way that brings out the best in them and is in line with our values: optimism, collaboration, curiosity, simplicity, and honesty. This will include reviews, spot checks, supervisions, holidays, birthdays, return to work meetings
  • Undertake care visits for new clients and when care professionals are absent
  • Keeping a rigorous eye on all relevant documentation to ensure it is up to date and compliant
  • Liaising with RCM and Care Coordinator regarding capacity for new clients or client uplifts
  • Supporting our marketing for example by encourage feedback reviews for example through
*Essential qualifications & experience*- Care Certificate or Level 3 Health and Social Care QCF preferred but not essential

  • Full UK Driving License with Class 1 Business Use Insurance
  • Confident use of care management and computer systems
  • Care assessments and care plan writing
  • Mentoring and leading a team
