Both part time and full time contracts available

As a Service Leader you will be responsible for leading shifts in the Petrol Filling Station at The Rheged Centre in Penrith, to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are in place at all times.

In this hands on customer facing role, you'll be competent to manage a high volume environment following our Westmorland Family colleague values of Warmth, Graft and Courage

Rheged is part of the Westmorland Family, a growing group of motorway service areas with a difference, which grew from the Dunning family farm in Cumbria, when the M6 was built through their land.

Rheged is a gallery, café, cinema, shopping venue, workplace and creative space on the edge of the Northern Lakes, housed under a grass roof.
