We are looking for an adaptable and driven individual with the following talents:

  • Good IT skills using a wide range of bespoke systems (training will be provided)
  • Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
  • Attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
  • Great communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines in line with our processes and to deal with urgent requests
  • Be selfmotivated whilst working under pressure.
  • Be a great team player with a positive "can do" attitude to help us deliver the highest standards of service to our customers

  • Ensuring an accurate, professional and timely case management service to our customers on a range of waste, recycling and street scene enquiries
  • Undertaking noncomplex queries that require an understanding of relevant service processes, regulations and legislation
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained, and data protection rules are followed
  • Promote and supporting customer self service Identifying improvements in customer and service provision
