We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst manager/associate director interested in pushing the boundaries of marketing technology and automation.

Your role within our kingdom:

- ranging team has always been a motivation, then the Marketing Operations Analytics manager/associate director position at King might be the job for you. You will partner with marketers, developers, and data scientists among others, to enable impactful experiences in our games through marketing technology and automation.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Technology Strategy
- Help to evolve the marketing technology strategy and roadmap
- Define best practices and coordinate with teams across the business
Business case development:
Collaborate with marketing and other areas of the business to build business cases to support adoption of new technologies or development of new features in the marketing tech stack
Tech testing, Root cause analysis:
Define success criteria, validate the performance and approve tools and technologies for business use in production
Support with the development of features through deep dive into test results to identify areas of focus for product improvements
Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning:
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to identify AI/ML business opportunities. Define business cases and priorities and lead the roadmap accordingly
Work with central AI/ML team for implementation
Segmentation - Targeting, Modelling, Creative optimization:
Collaborating with end users to understand their objectives and facilitate the use of advanced capabilities in the Marketing tech stack
Help marketing specialists define data fields to be included in the targeting ETL to improve targeting capabilities
Subject matter expert in segmentation
Reporting - Analytics, Data visualization:
Develop the capabilities to monitor the performance of a channel - reach, cost, uptime (Excludes business impact reporting)

You are a self
- starter with great passion for marketing and technology combined with strong analytical skills and technical knowhow. You are a proactive problem solver and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced and collaborative environment whilst communicating optimally with teams and individuals across King
- Business analysis/data science experience in a technology company
- Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of SQL to be able to manipulate big data sets
- Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas
- Skills with standard reporting tools such as Looker/QlikView/Tableau/etc
- Familiarity with a cloud solution experience in GCP data products is preferred
- You are methodological and practical; able to prioritize and assist with business requests i.e. analyzing A/B tests, player behavior, complex interaction dynamics, etc
- Strong business partnering experience, collaborative in building robust relationships within the King community
- Able to present complex issues in clear, simple language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a non
