Position Overview


Are you an experienced Office Coordinator P/A looking for an amazing new opportunity? Do you like organising, sorting everyone out and being that 'go to person' in the office? Can you spin plates and juggle a busy workload? If so, this is the role for you You'll be working in a super friendly team, making sure the office runs like a dream, keeping the amazing environment tip/top and the team super organised too.

You will be:

  • Opening/closing and keeping the office organised, running smoothly, and maintaining a professional and friendly environment
  • Meeting/greeting clients and visitors
  • Taking the lead on office general enquiries, consumables, and orders, ordering food, and beverages, managing meetings, taking notes and hosting to a high standard
  • Maintaining equipment, supplies, and general office cleanliness
  • Managing and coordinating team calendars, booking diary invites, events and client visits
  • Performing general clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, managing and coordinating calendars

This is an office based role, no hybrid/home working is available due to nature of the role, the fixed working hours are 40 each week; Monday-Friday either: 8:00am-17:00pm or 8:30am-17:30pm only

Desired Experience and Education

  • Qualification in business administration preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
- executive assistant: 2 years (required)

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
