The role
As a RF and ICT Trainer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

We're looking for someone dynamic, ambitious and eager to make an impact to become our next RF and ICT Systems Trainer.

Someone who has the enthusiasm, professionalism and the technical knowledge and ability to deliver the highest standard of training in support of complex communication programmes and activities.

Day to day, you'll:

Deliver all technical, operational and communication system training to staff
Ensure all staff have the correct level of knowledge, skills and qualifications to be able to carry out their roles
Deliver training for the apprenticeship programme and work with external training providers to ensure the programmes succession plan is met
Support the business in bids that require RF and ICT training and delivery
Carryout Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure performance gaps are filled

Essential experience of the RF and ICT Trainer,**- Proven experience in a training environment or learning and development role

A technical focus on IT infrastructure, Servers and Domain Controllers

This role provides hybrid working arrangements with one day per week in the office and the rest working from home however, this can be flexible.

Qualifications for the RF and ICT Trainer,**- Cisco Certified Network Associate (or equivalent experience)

Microsoft Server2019 (or equivalent experience)
Level4 Technical qualification (Engineering / IT HNC or equivalent)
Level3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
