We are looking for a Full Time 12-month maternity cover with the possibility to become perm. This is a great opportunity for someone to hit the ground running in a forward-looking and fast-growing business.

Based at our head office in Gerrards Cross, you will either come from a background in customer service, sales or marketing support, or you will be a recent graduate with drive and enthusiasm, eager to be trained and developed.

The role itself includes:

• Managing our Social Media channels
• Managing our marketing materials
• Maintaining and developing our website
• Monitoring marketing trends, market research and competitor activities
• Supporting the team with exhibitions and events
• Addressing new enquiries, sales leads and opportunities
• Responding to customer enquiries with guidance on products and services.
• Updating our CRM system
• Arranging client appointments and demonstrations
• Project managing our tender processes
• Adhoc reporting
• Creating lead generation campaigns
• Other adhoc tasks

Marketing and Sales Assistant Requirements:

• A genuine aptitude for sales
• Strong time management skills
• Team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Professional telephone manner
• Be able to multitask and work within a small team.
