We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a successful family run business who have been running for over 100 years.

As the
Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

Your expertise in forecasting, planning, and coordinating will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information for scheduling purposes.
  • Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize scheduling processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Utilize scheduling systems and software to track and manage production activities.

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Office based HP27, Princes Risborough.

Salary £38-40k DOE.
