  • You will love everything about data led marketing, from interpreting, analysing and managing data to working with colleagues to plan and execute a strong customer conversion and retention strategy.

  • Key responsibilities, within this dynamic role will include:
  • Working with the wider team to deliver multi
  • channel integrated campaigns to our existing customer and prospect audiences to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Briefing and managing creative development, finalising build, testing, and scheduling weekly newsletters
  • Working closely with our inhouse creative team to develop compelling content and with our data partner to create targeting, testing and measurement frameworks to maximise impact.
  • Building new customer journeys, combining learnings to date and come up with new ideas to deliver on KPIs
  • Using a combination of customer insight, data analysis and test and learn strategies to improve the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Reviewing individual campaigns, providing data led, timely analysis along with actionable insights and clear recommendations to stakeholders
  • Supporting the CRM manager in developing our overall CRM strategy and creating a clear roadmap for delivery
  • Identifying industry trends and opportunities for innovation and developing business cases where required to support our growth in new areas
  • You will thrive from working in a fastpaced environment and are naturally a proactive, deadline driven multitasker, with a creative mind and a positive cando attitude. Your attention to detail will be second to none and your flexible approach to your work, will ensure you are successful in this role.
