Description
A position has arisen for a Clerical Assistant in our Aberdeen office.


Duties will include the following:

  • Sales invoicing
  • Purchase invoices
  • Subcontractors
  • Timesheets
  • Petty cash
  • Answering phones
  • Ledger journals
  • Balancing VAT
  • Reconciliations
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Personnel paperwork
  • Purchase orders
  • Raising new jobs
  • Job journals
  • Any other administration duties as required

Essential skills for the role:

  • Must be capable of producing accurate work whilst multitasking.
  • Computer literate with experience in accounting packages, and also have a good understanding of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Hold a HND in business administration or accounts.
  • Knowledge and understanding in accountancy will be an advantage.
  • Good telephone manner essential.


Within G & A Barnie Group we work with a wide range of bespoke computer packages, full training will be given on all software and procedures.

Salary:
£22,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
