The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for more than 40 Production Operatives for an automotive manufacturing plant based in Banbury.


Working a weekly rotating shift pattern, the shift times are:5.55am to 1.50pm - week 1

1.55pm to 9.50pm - week 2

9.55pm to 5.50am - week 3


Starting rate of pay £12.30 per hour

Overtime is paid as follows:

the first 8 hours at £13.63 per hour, between 9 and 16 hours paid at £15.38 per hour, £20.50 per hour paid thereafter.
