Resource Coordinator:

Our Resource Coordinators work within our Talent team to support the smooth resourcing of artists and scheduling of projects.

By being proactive, forward-thinking, and with excellent attention to detail you will help to ensure Untold Studios delivers truly excellent creative projects.

You are committed to the organisation of our internal teams and the nurturing of our artist relationships.

Through diligently supporting the talent team in a variety of ways the role will help the successful functioning of the wider Studio.

Through working closely with the team and artists you will be able to learn and absorb the fundamental skills required to progress within the talent team.

We are committed to supporting your ongoing development. We will work closely with you to establish a personal progression plan. You are never on your own.

Why You?

You consistently support the Resource Manager and Talent team in the daytoday scheduling of artists.
You are able to assist the Talent team's management of artists by chasing pencils/details required for bookings.
You can effectively manage CETA to ensure bookings, costs and absence are accurate.
You display a good understanding between the different VFX departments and the software/kit they use, ensuring artists have everything they need.
You effectively assist with onboarding and offboarding freelancers.
Ensure that daily freelancer timesheets are managed efficiently.
Keep track of licence usage and raise awareness if we require more.
