HOURS 8AM - 7PM - TWO SHIFTS - 8AM - 4PM - 11AM - 7PM

Working on a Rota

Fantastic opportunity now available to join a close-knit team as Customer Service Advisor in Doncaster.

You will be responsible to conduct a varied role which is likely to keep you challenged daily whether it be dealing with incoming enquiries providing sound and knowledgeable advice to customers, actioning any requests and regular communication with both internal and external parties to name a few.

It's all about providing an outstanding level of service which the business really prides themselves on


Duties:

• Action all requests and process efficiently as possible in line with standards set.
• Educate and inspire customers with product range knowledge and potentially achieve upgrades where suitable.

Liaise with carriers and hauliers on deliveries and collection.

• Input all relevant information on internal system.
• Communicate with internal departments such as transport/ accounts / sales
