The NI Sales Co-Ordinator will support and co-ordinate with the local sales and commercial teams providing administrative support for the Field Sales operation in NI and the National Account team.

This is an office based role and not customer facing in the field.

It is a multifunctional role, working alongside both the Field Sales Director and Head of On-Trade ensuring correct preparation for customer meetings and reporting requirements on a regular basis, also providing administrative support to the commercial team on key account management, collaborating with the brand teams to ensure all required information is shared in a timely manner with appropriate personnel.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative support for Field Sales Director NI, Head of On-Trade, Commercial Manager and National Account Managers
  • Responsible for preparation of all customer sales presentations
  • MS Powerpoint
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting requirements as defined
  • Key point of contact for the Field Sales Team
  • Key liaison for brand teams and NI business
  • Coordination of Sales Team meetings
  • Responsible for Coordination of customer training requirements
  • Responsible for information dissemination across the teams
  • Continual development of back of house Field Sales technology
  • Coordination of brand events across the year
  • Customer Trade Show organization
    Any other duties or tasks may be required in order to support the business.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. 2 Years' experience in similar type role


  • Exceptional level of IT proficiency and meticulous attention to detail is vital: Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
  • FMCG experience desirable and experience in food and drink an advantage 4. A creative thinker with the ability to innovate and 'think outside the box'
  • Exceptional planning, organisation, collaboration and time management skills
  • Strong communicator with a proven ability at stakeholder management
  • Deadline orientated individual
  • A resilient self-starter
  • Ability to foster close working relationships
  • Passionate about consumer trends and building brands in the Irish marketplace
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar type role, FMCG experience desirable.

A high level of proficiency for both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
