We are looking for a friendly, confident individual with strong communication and inter-personal skills to join our front of house team.

We care more about your personality, interests, hobbies, likes, dislikes etc. than your CV. We are looking for a person to settle well into a tight knit team. An individual looking for a challenge to thrive in a fast paced environment, within an incredible and unique industry.

Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting clients to the front desk / warehouse, advising where props are and occasionally showing people around (of course this is mínimal during Covid). Good memory is important
Taking payments
Filing and other admin jobs

What we're looking for:

Some experience in a customer facing role
Good telephone manner
Confidence the film and TV industry is a vivacious and lively place and so are the people working in it. Being confident is important
An interest in the industry/arts/design/architecture
Be comfortable with a warehouse setting. Whilst the front desk is not in the warehouse itself, you will be spending a lot of time in the warehouse. Being comfortable in this environment and happy to get your hands dirty is all part of the role.
Work well under pressure it can get exceptionally busy at times, you'll need to be able to handle working on multiple bookings at the same time.
Dog friendly we have 3 office dogs so loving dogs is important.
