This role is needed due to a current member of the team retiring after 25 years This setting currently supports 60+ pupils between the ages of 4 and 19 years. This setting supports learners with complex and profound SEN needs. Your role as a TA will be to help every young person to re-engage with learning and enjoy school life, several of the learners have long periods of time out of education. Your be supporting with the delivery of specialist teaching and integrated therapeutic support. The school is proud to offer small classes and a nurturing approach which allows students a framework for breaking down barriers to learning.

This position is needed to start ASAP and is a full time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

  • Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
  • Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
