Job Title:
Bodyshop Service Advisor

Location:
Northampton

Salary:
Up to £26,000 + bonus - OTE £30,000

Full Time and Permanent
Monday to Friday
8.00am-5.00pm (no weekends)
Our client is a well established Bodyshop / Accident Repair company and they are now actively looking to recruit for a Service Advisor based from their Northampton Bodyshop

Responsibilities:

Taking customer bookings
Liaise with insurance companies
Workshop staff and management
Daily use of job cards
Correct filing and completion of paperwork

Experience / Skills Required:

Previous customer service experience ideally within a Bodyshop / Automotive / Customer facing environment
Strong IT and Administration skills
Excellent communications skills
Wellorganized, selfmotivated, and hard working

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £26,000.00 per year
