    Field Sales Engineer

    Full UK Driving License Required

    Marseille Networks is working with a leading Hydraulics provider to serve and support the engineering sector.

    This role is suitable for individuals with Hydraulic or Engineering experience looking to transition from a technical background or those seeking a move into Field-based Sales.

    A new position has become available due to growth and demand, requiring a customer-focused individual to develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts within a designated region.

    You will be responsible for driving sales growth, exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires regular travel to client sites throughout the area.

    An interest in Engineering would be beneficial but is not essential.

    • Liaise closely with Franchisees to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics.
    • Liaise with operations and marketing departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
