Are you looking for a Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant from September? Are you due to complete your degree qualification this year or have you recently graduated from a Humanities degree course?

If so, we need your help The Graduate Network are looking for a Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning at a large secondary school in Wolverhampton.

** £70 - £90 per day

The Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant Role:

As a Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a vibrant, diverse humanities department within an Ofsted 'Good' secondary school.

Depending on your degree specialism, you will be supporting teaching staff in history, geography, or R.E classes, although you will be expected to support across the whole department where required.

You will support whole classes, small intervention groups and work with students on a 1:1 basis.

The Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant:


To be eligible for this Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant role, you must have recently completed a Humanities degree (History, Geography, R.E or related) or be due to complete your studies by the end of this academic year.

Ideally, you will be looking to pursue a career as a teacher in the future.

You should have excellent curriculum knowledge and be able to effectively communicate ideas to pupils of all levels of ability, as well as those with additional needs.
