Do you have experience of resolving client queries in a financial services environment? Are you a capable administrator with a methodical and organised outlook?Our client, an employee benefits consultancy, is looking for a Health and Group Risk Co-Ordinator to join their team.
This role can be fully remote, or hybrid/based out of an office location in Stonehouse, (Gloucestershire), Reading (Berskhire), or Colchester(Essex).
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to health and group risk schemes
- Obtaining quotes from insurers and completing market reviews
- Collating market reviews and drafting reports
- Updating member data and processing renewal accounts
- Facilitating claims and liaising with the insurer to achieve effective claims outcome
- Proof reading and helping the comms team with communication materials
- Replying to client queries in a timely manner
About You:
- Understanding of, and adherence to, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Delivery of high levels of customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team working and flexibility
- IT literacy, especially Microsoft products
