Do you have experience of resolving client queries in a financial services environment? Are you a capable administrator with a methodical and organised outlook?
Our client, an employee benefits consultancy, is looking for a Health and Group Risk Co-Ordinator to join their team.

This role can be fully remote, or hybrid/based out of an office location in Stonehouse, (Gloucestershire), Reading (Berskhire), or Colchester(Essex).


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to health and group risk schemes
  • Obtaining quotes from insurers and completing market reviews
  • Collating market reviews and drafting reports
  • Updating member data and processing renewal accounts
  • Facilitating claims and liaising with the insurer to achieve effective claims outcome
  • Proof reading and helping the comms team with communication materials
  • Replying to client queries in a timely manner

About You:

  • Understanding of, and adherence to, regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Delivery of high levels of customer service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team working and flexibility
  • IT literacy, especially Microsoft products
