Senior Construction Project Manager.
Novax recruitment are Hiring for a Senior Construction Project Manager in the Lancashire are.

To support the Estates Strategy by leading on the delivery of estate-related construction projects - ranging from construction of new buildings to the improvement and refurbishment of the existing categories.

37 hours per week.

09:00 - 17:00.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project management of a multiple range of development projects.
Establish formal and robust project governance using an established model e.g. PRINCE2 or APM.
Responsible for the line management of the inhouse professional team and the management of external consultants and suppliers.
Assist in the strategic planning and management of all available resources to ensure the effective delivery of the corporate objectives.
Manage the complete end to end delivery of construction projects through RIBA stages 07, including the assembly of a collaborative Project Team consisting of the Client, Project Team and Contractors.
