Job Summary
Join our team at Bullion as a Sales Associate specialising in Cyber Security Courses.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with and converting prospects who have shown interest in our cyber security courses into sales, providing them with detailed information, and guiding them through the enrolment process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promply follow up on enquiries from prospective students who are interested in our cyber security courses.
  • Understand the specific needs and goals of each prospect and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Clearly explain and promote the features and benefits of our cyber security courses, addressing any questions or concerns the prospect may have.
  • Assist prospects in selecting the most suitable course based on their background, experience, and career objectives.
  • Follow up with leads through various communication channels to nurture relationships and encourage enrolment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating and qualifying leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and in our CRM system.

Desirable skills:


  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Some knowledge of cyber security concepts and an understanding of the importance of cyber security in today's digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends and developments in cyber security.

Up to £72,000.00 per year
