Description
Venn Group has been approached by a Local Authority in Leeds to recruit for an Repairs Customer Service Advisor on a long term temporary basis.
The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:- Updating and maintaining databases and customer records
- Assisting Planning team in daytoday supervision of responsive repairs and compliance legislation with the ability to confirm and arrange appointments at the first point of contact
- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors
- Microsoft office software including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Essential experience / skills:
- Administration Experience
- Dealing with high volume of calls
Desirable experience / skills:
- NVQ in Business Administration
