  • We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team in London to focus on the following activities:
  • Actioning Tier 1 and Tier 2 benefits cases in myHR in line with service level agreements-
  • Ensuring benefits documentation is updated where required including myHR articles, policies, template letters.-
  • Manage reporting and monthly processes including looking at automation where possible.-
  • Responsibility for benefits onboarding for UK associates.-
  • Responsible for benefits onboarding/offboarding for non UK EMEA countries.-
  • Annual open enrolment administration/Workday-
  • Other monthly benefit processing

Core responsibilities:

  • Participates in the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective benefit plans that support and promote employee health and wellbeing as instructed. Under the supervision of more senior professionals, works in conjunction with experienced professionals to execute standard benefits projects and programs.
  • With guidance, assists with general compensation programs and processes. Completes assigned tasks to help maintain innovative pay programs to support the financial wellbeing of employees. Gathers data and analyzes compensation trends in the external market. Checks with more senior professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy of work
  • Addresses complex benefits questions, issues, and claims raised by managers, Human Resources business partners, and employees. Escalates where needed to more experienced managers.
  • As directed, conducts research on benefits and compensation programs and helps with gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to the development and implementation of bestinclass programs that align with business needs.
  • Supports implementation of wellness activities focused on the longterm health and wellbeing of employees. Inform all employees of wellness initiatives.
  • Assists with the daytoday management of vendors and programs in conjunction with Human Resources shared services and Benefits partners.
  • Creates and provides communication materials explaining to associates how to best utilize benefits to meet their needs.

Typical qualifications/experience- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 2+ years experience in a similar HR role with a focus on employee benefits Previous experience using Workday Experience of working within Asset management or Financial Services is a plus but not essentialCommitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:We strive for equity, equality, and opportunity for all associates.
