Permanent

35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)

Up to £30,000 per annum (£50,000 + OTE)

We are recruiting a New Business Development Executive to join a successful insurance company based in the Lutterworth area. There is potential opportunity for hybrid working once established in the role.

The main purpose of the role will be to proactively generate new business for the business.

Duties and responsibilities:

Proactively sell to prospect clients (warm database)
Respond to enquiries from clients, brokers, and underwriters
Maintain accurate records
Raise quotations and follow up to conversion
Previous experience in a sales or new business role, it would be an advantage if you have experience in the insurance industry
Excellent communication skills
Good organisation skills
Driven attitude to meet exceed sales targets
