The Role
To support our continued organic growth, we are seeking to recruit a member of staff at Assistant
Consultant/Graduate grade to work as part of our team of around 35 air quality specialists based in the
UK.

We provide a comprehensive service relating to modelling, monitoring and assessment of air quality, dust,
odour and carbon impacts. We will provide training on the relevant software and skills needed in air
quality consultancy and will provide you with in-house support and relevant experience in developing you
professionally. We actively encourage attendance at external events and membership to professional
bodies such as the IAQM and IES.

Skills and experience we are looking for
You will have ideally worked or gained experience through academic research or environmental
consultancy in the field of air quality or climate change.

Essential

  • Strong mathematical / quantitative analysis skills
  • Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Strong technical capability and ability to review and interpret data
  • Strong report writing skills
  • An understanding of the issues related to air quality including air quality legislation, policy and
guidance

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver work to tight deadlines
  • High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability and willingness to undertake sitebased monitoring and field work
  • A full clean UK driving license, as travel will be required

Desirable:

  • Recent programming and/or machine learning experience
  • Statistical analysis skills

Qualifications:

  • Relevant A-Levels or equivalent
  • BSc or higher
