myrecruit are seeking x2 Shift Controllers for our rapidly expanding client in Swinton.

Our client is a leading online retailer for fashionable home wear products such as bedding, blankets and loungwear. They offer a fantastic, modern working environment.

Job Description.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a large team which you will lead through three Supervisors, each with their own teams and defined areas of responsibility.

You will also be responsible for driving a culture which is positively focussed on Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement through proactive engagement with your team.

Your main tasks will be to oversee the picking, packing, replenishment and inbound functions ensuring that resources and skills are matched appropriately to meet tight deadlines and ensure overall operational success.

You will have responsibility for process management and stock integrity, ensuring that deviations from process are actively investigated and resolved through effective communication and training.

Job Requirements

This role would suit an ambitious Supervisor or FLM looking to step into managing a larger team within a rapidly growing business
Previous experience of leadership responsibilities within FMCG operations is essential
The ability to plan for success with an ever changing and multi
