- Provide expert clinical care to patients with TB, including adults and children, as well as those with co-infections such as HIV
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop targeted interventions to address these needs
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce the impact of TB on individuals and communities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and care provided
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in TB management
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and evaluation of clinical outcomes
- Deputize for the Lead TB Clinical Nurse Specialist and liaise with the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) as required
- Registered Nurse with current registration and NMC pin number
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area of specialist practice, such as TB or infection control
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in a relevant setting, preferably in a leadership or educational role
- Proven expertise in TB management and a strong understanding of current guidelines and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Summary
