About Our Client:
This business are a successful global business who are quickly becoming one if the most customer centric in their sector.
This business are looking for a strong customer centric advisor to be on hand to support with any queries or administrative tasks that clients require throughout the duration of their life-cycle, from order to delivery.
- Day to day this role will spot trends on customer resolutions, customer demands and present ideas internally
- Consistently manage communication numbers to ensure customers are responded to within SLA's, identify risk factors and manage strategies to ensure the customers are responded to swiftly
- Attend leadership meetings on behalf of the Customer Service team
The Successful Applicant:
- A brilliant customer service agent who is keen to be involved in a global products based business, you'll have a strong track record of query resolution and be comfortable in a contact centre style environment
- Experience working in order management would be beneficial but not essential
- An expert in customer services and have managed communication channels both digitally and telephone
- Happy to be office based full time
- Excellent technical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and can be customer facing when needed
