St Albans


Salary:
Up to £32,000


Contract:
Full Time, Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm

Our client is looking for a confident and pro-active coordinator to join their growing team.

They work in the logistics and technology industry offering a world leading product to their clients since being founded in 1946 and now have over 11,000 employee's worldwide.


Skills:


  • Order processing
  • Use of SAP is an advantage
  • Strong office administration experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable
  • Numeracy and problem solving
  • Organised and time efficient

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing quotations and sending correspondence
  • Liaising between teams such as after sales and support engineers
  • Answering queries
  • Assisting teams when required
  • Familiar with database to be able to access information e.g. delivery times and raising invoices
  • Dealing with and processing orders of spares
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance visits
