About Our Client:

Our client are a growing Investment Bank based in the City of London.


The key responsibilities of People and Communications Coordinator are:

  • _

Craft Compelling Content:
_ Engage employees through well-crafted articles, manage approvals, and seamlessly distribute messages using Contact Monkey. Keep our Intranet updated with relevant information.

  • _

Collaborative Intranet Development:

_ Work closely with divisional representatives and employee groups to maintain and enhance DCME's Share point Intranet site, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly platform.


  • _

Event Support:

_ Play a vital role in delivering impactful town halls and other organisational events that contribute to DCME's strategic priorities.


  • _

External Communication Excellence:
_ Assist in managing LinkedIn, external website content, and support external communication activities to enhance our brand image.

  • _

Executive Support:
_ Assist the Chief People Officer with diary management and various administrative tasks, including expense processing and invoicing.

  • _

Meeting Coordination:

_ Work closely with the P&C Business Manager to coordinate leadership and divisional meetings, own PLT agendas, and compile content for key committee papers.


  • _

Operational Effectiveness:
_ Provide administrative support for People & Culture operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.

  • _

Communication Design:

_ Support the design and formatting of People & Culture communications, covering areas such as Reward & Benefits, ED&I, L&D, and procedure and policy roll-outs.


  • _

Intranet Management:
_ Take ownership of the People & Culture Intranet, updating contacts, org charts, and uploading new policies and documents.
