We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter and Receptionist.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in the Dental Clinic by scheduling appointments with potential patients.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in an office setting.

Requirements:


  • An enthusiastic hardworking individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with using a computer and CRM systems, including databases and drive
  • Filing, scanning and printing of documents and paperwork
  • Good punctuality and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Appointment Setter Responsibilities

  • Maintain all clients in the CRM Database as per training provided
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Collaborate with the Dental & Aesthetic team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and maximise sales opportunities

Reception Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone in the prescribed manner
  • Welcome and checkin patients as they arrive at the practice
  • Ensure that the appointment systems are updated accurately
  • Collect and record patient payments
  • Ensure that computer administrative records are completed correctly
  • Encourage patients to complete forms prior to appointments through the Patient Portal
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required
  • Record transfers to and from laboratories
  • Provide patient recalls and cancellations when applicable
  • Print day sheets for Dentists & Hygienists
  • Keep the office, reception area and waiting room clean and tidy
  • Organise stationery and stock supplies
  • Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice
  • Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills and abilities
  • Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR

Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
