    We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee the management of Senior Client Account Managers and contribute to the growth of our client base. With a strong background in accounting and portfolio management, you will lead a team of experienced professionals in providing exceptional service to our clients.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Accounts Department, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Client Account Managers, managing client portfolios, and ensuring seamless delivery of accounting services to our clients.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Supervise and manage three to four Senior Client Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
    • Work closely with the Manager of the Accounts Department to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 300-400 clients, utilizing your expertise in accounting and taxation to address complex queries and issues.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.

    Requirements

    • AACCA or equivalent qualification.
    • A proven track record in accounting and portfolio management, ideally with experience in cloud accounting software.
    • Excellent accounting and taxation knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
