The current vacancy is full-time (37.5 Hrs), 9 am-5 pm, Mon-Fri, based at 350 Euston Road, London, but you will be expected to rotate across our North West London CAMHS locations, where suitable, as well as work from home.

The CAMHS Head of Therapies will be embedded as part of the Senior Management Team (SMT). Working alongside CAMHS Directors, Service Leads and Heads of Profession they will provide professional and strategic leadership. Using their Therapeutic expertise, they will hold responsibility for all AHPs, Social Workers, Peer Support Workers and Psychological Therapists.

As agreed with the service director you will lead on various projects and programmes of work across CAMHS.

Working in collaboration with Heads of Profession and SMT to ensure that the role and development of AHPs and Psychological Therapists are reflected in CAMHS strategic and operational plans.

You will be confident in disseminating national and local requirements to review and innovatively contribute to policy, strategy and guidance for clinical practice.

You will be an integral Lead, providing support and challenge to current systems to ensure effective governance for clinical and professional supervision, supporting all staff, especially workforce planning.
