We have a fantastic, but rare opportunity to join Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) as the Service Line Head of Therapies.
We seek an individual of high calibre, both inspirational and highly motivated to support the delivery of high-quality care through operational and clinical leadership.
A proven ability to engage clinical and managerial teams is essential, as is the ability to deliver high-performing services, in a cycle of continuous improvement.
You will be encouraged to generate and develop ideas and report to the Service Director and Clinical Director for CAMHS.
The Head of Therapies (HoT) is a key CAMHS Senior Management and Leadership team member.You will be responsible for assisting the Divisional Nurse Director (DND) and Service Leads with developing and delivering clinical services, workforce, and professional standards, developing Allied Health Professional (AHP) leadership within CAMHS.
The current vacancy is full-time (37.5 Hrs), 9 am-5 pm, Mon-Fri, based at 350 Euston Road, London, but you will be expected to rotate across our North West London CAMHS locations, where suitable, as well as work from home.

As agreed with the service director you will lead on various projects and programmes of work across CAMHS.
Working in collaboration with Heads of Profession and SMT to ensure that the role and development of AHPs and Psychological Therapists are reflected in CAMHS strategic and operational plans.
You will be confident in disseminating national and local requirements to review and innovatively contribute to policy, strategy and guidance for clinical practice.
You will be an integral Lead, providing support and challenge to current systems to ensure effective governance for clinical and professional supervision, supporting all staff, especially workforce planning.
