Due to continued success, they are looking to grow their HR team with the addition of a Learning & Development HRBP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid generalist HR experience, with a particularpassion for Learning & Development.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Give generalist HRBP support to nominated business units, supporting Line Managers to manage ER related activity in the client group (including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence topics) managing stakeholders effectively throughoutthe case
  • Work with the Talent Manager and department Heads, ensuring there is a proactive, future proof plan around people requirements, internal appointments, talent management and succession planning and a robust PDR process
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure attractive benefits are provided, fair rewards and performancerelated pay, promoting staff recognition
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify strategic L&D priorities
  • Work with external L&D providers and the HR team to coordinate the annual L&D programme
  • Design, manage and deliver internal training courses, including leadership and soft skills and promoting company values and culture
  • Lead on coaching and mentoring courses to support people, providing onetoone coaching with managers when required

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Have experience across the whole range of the HR Lifecycle and supporting a business in often complex HR matters
  • Are a qualified L&D Expert, with good coaching skills and experience curating and delivering soft skills training courses
  • Have experience of defining career development pathways and providing handson leadership development support
  • Can develop strong working relationships and engage effectively at all levels within the Company
  • Have strong communication skills: written, verbal and active listening
  • Planned and organised, with the ability to work flexibly in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • A strong internal service ethic
