Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Estates team. We are offering a competitive salary up to £40,588 per annum.

You will need to be able to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism, working within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We are looking for a self-starter who will be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.


You will provide a comprehensive healthcare engineering maintenance service to all wards and departments within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.


Supporting and supervising a team of mechanical technicians carrying out planned and reactive maintenance task to a high standard that is commensurate with the skills and experience for the role.


You will be responsible for the delivery of an effective and compliant mechanical maintenance service, including staff & sub-contractor management.

You will liaise with all levels of medical and NHS staff whilst building & maintaining effective relationships with client & service providers.

The post holder will be required to participate in the Estates out of hours on-call service.
