We are looking for an inspirational SENDCO to lead SEND provision within our school and join our highly committed Leadership Team.

- *This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers*_

This is a non-teaching role across both schools in our federation.


We are looking for a SENDCO who will have the energy and passion to drive forward the provision and outcomes for learners with SEND.


  • A holder of the NASEN qualification or working towards it.
  • Experienced in working with children with SEND across the primary age range.
  • Knowledgeable in how to deliver qualityfirst teaching which meets the needs of all pupils.
  • Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the SEN code of practice.
  • Able to set the strategic direction and vision for SEND provision.
  • Able to lead staff in developing their knowledge and expertise in working with SEND children.
  • Have high expectations of the achievement, progress and behaviour for all children?
  • Have buckets of energy, enthusiasm and positivity?
  • Be willing to learn from, and contribute to, our experienced and hardworking staff team?
