Estates Administrator to join our expanding property team.

The Role:


  • Providing efficient and effective administration support services across the estates function including diary management, travel, and hotel bookings
  • Assisting with expenses to ensure the team are working cost effectively
  • Chasing all outstanding information and recording to enable outstanding points to be closed off
  • Setting up meetings for the estates team
  • Scheduling dates for planned maintenance surveys and liaising with consultant team and village teams
  • Raising Purchase Orders while liaising with the accounts team to assist with the monthly processing of invoices
  • Assisting with setting up standard documents to support the estates team
  • Taking meeting minutes for the estates team
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly board reports
  • Ensuring construction information is provided by the development teams and filed correctly
  • Updating tracker documents to ensure estates have the most up to date information
  • Working with the estates surveyor to compile report responses
  • Liaising with the standardisation committee team members to get estates feedback on design.

Key Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant, Secretary or Team Administrator
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience working within property, real estate or an estates function would be ideal, but not essential
  • The ability to produce reports and presentations to a high standard.
