Overview:
Are you passionate about property and keen to excel in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our innovative and vibrant company as a Sales Negotiator/Valuer.
As part of out expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in the department and work alongside the existing sales team to ensure our company's continued growth.
Duties:
- Managing lead enquiries, actively working the existing database to generate leads
- Ensuring an uptodate hot buyers list
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Working with the Sales Valuer to ensure Vendor updates and reviews are carried out regularly
- Carrying out property reviews with Vendors and making recommendations
- Negotiate offers, agree sales and help to progress sales though to exchange and completion
- Lead generation, converting new business instructions and seeking out new business opportunities.
- Generate and undertake market appraisal/valuation appointments when required
- Assisting with marketing campaigns for new launches
- Preparation of property sales particulars
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers
- Always provide exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations
- Maintain company culture and a high performing environment
About You
- You will need to have experience in a similar role
- Well presented with strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A good knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends and property values.
- A proven track record of delivering results and continuous improvements in service delivery, consistently exceeding set targets (KPI's).
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- You must be professional, motivated, and approachable.
- You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
