Overview:


Are you passionate about property and keen to excel in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our innovative and vibrant company as a Sales Negotiator/Valuer.

As part of out expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in the department and work alongside the existing sales team to ensure our company's continued growth.


Duties:


  • Managing lead enquiries, actively working the existing database to generate leads
  • Ensuring an uptodate hot buyers list
  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
  • Working with the Sales Valuer to ensure Vendor updates and reviews are carried out regularly
  • Carrying out property reviews with Vendors and making recommendations
  • Negotiate offers, agree sales and help to progress sales though to exchange and completion
  • Lead generation, converting new business instructions and seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Generate and undertake market appraisal/valuation appointments when required
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns for new launches
  • Preparation of property sales particulars
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Always provide exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations
  • Maintain company culture and a high performing environment

About You

  • You will need to have experience in a similar role
  • Well presented with strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends and property values.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and continuous improvements in service delivery, consistently exceeding set targets (KPI's).
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.
  • You must be professional, motivated, and approachable.
  • You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
