Customer Service Representative

Do you have internal sales or customer service experience and want to develop your skills at a global engineering company? Rotor Clip Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our UK-based team

You will be an integral part of our UK Customer Service team, supporting various departments in day-to-day tasks.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear understanding of their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers.

  • A team player
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent telephone manner and active listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse customer information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive, cando attitude.

Salary:
£21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
