iMutiply are working in partnership with a fast paced, high growth looking for a Full-time Finance Assistant to join on a permanent basis.

This paid media agency supports event organisers to reach their goals, be it through attracting more guests to the events, creating leads or supporting the organisation's digital set up.

The Role
You will provide financial expertise and support to the wider business.

This opportunity will provide you with a broad experience of all aspects within a busy Finance department reporting directly to the Financial Controller.


As Finance Assistant you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Maintaining the accuracy of underlying accounting records of the business.
  • Performing cash allocations & bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and posting supplier payment runs
  • Performing reconciliations to supplier billing information
  • Processing bank payments for review and authorisation
  • Process employee expense claims and company credit card expenses.
  • Assist with the sales ledger, including: raising customer invoices and credit notes, allocating receipts, and credit control.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports as part of monthend process
  • Maintain financial policies throughout the company.
  • Attend the finance department and companywide meetings.
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of overall finance processes.
  • To assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc financial analysis.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Good working knowledge of general accounting procedures including: basic double-entry, VAT, and treatment of transactions
  • Consistently high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience as a Finance Assistant or related role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced user of excel
  • Appreciation of and commitment to champion our company values.

  • Commercially aware and willing to raise constructive challenges if issues are identified
