Intercompany Accountant

Salary:
£50K - £60K + Bonus
One of the UK's most prestigious property companies with a portfolio consisting of office, commercial, residential, retail and F&B is looking to onboard a Intercompany Accountant

The business has seen phenomenal growth over the last few years and is responsible for the development of some of the most well-known destinations across London.

The business is well backed by a global investment manager with continued plans to expand thebusiness's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility of all aspects of intercompany accounting; this covers rents, service charges, administrative recharges, development and construction management fees etc.
Analysis of intercompany positions and identification of any discrepancies and mismatches
Partnering with other accounting departments to establish best practice and assist with intercompany transactions
Liaison with external auditors during year end submissions
Finalist (4 or less exams remaining) or qualified accountant
Experience working in a group accounting function and intercompany transactions
Strong academic attainment. 2.1 from reputable university and strong A-Level performance
Ability to work well within a team and strong communication skills
