Job Description:


Project Coordinator _ Cardiff

c12-month maternity cover contract:


  • Part Time (3 or 4 days per week):
-
Based in Cardiff city centre with a Studio / Remote hybrid working pattern

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supporting a local and national team of Architects and Designers
  • Document control across all projects issuing and uploading amendments in Revit, drawing registers etc
  • Helping to coordinate and administer projects via reports and activities using PowerPoint, InDesign, Excel and other necessary software
  • Supporting the central Finance team with monthly timesheet reports and approvals, credit card expense reports etc
  • Assisting the Bid / Proposals team with necessary documents and information as required
The role will also include broad office administration to include:

  • Ordering front office supplies and keep inventory of other office stock
  • Performing other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and formatting documents
  • Assisting architects / colleagues with administration and research tasks

Qualifications:


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous / current administrative experience, ideally within a projectbased environment (Architecture would of course be ideal)
  • Technology skills to include MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Strong communicator with individuals at all levels
  • Positive cando attitude, exhibiting confidence and taking initiative when required
  • Strong attention to detail and client (internal and external) focused
  • Personable and adept at dealing with people
