Description

The Client Success Executive requires you to be speaking to clients every day from the first contract signature to contract re-negotiation.

You will be there to assist the client needs, ensuring a smooth onboarding and engage all users with training and best practises.


Responsibilities:


  • Aid the ultimate success of clients, including client onboarding, success and retention
  • Proactively accomplish each client's business needs actively seek opportunities to deepen relationships and help clients' businesses
  • Keep organized, detailed notes of accounts in order to communicate status updates and feedback to management teams
  • Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client question
